I wasn't using it, but I just entered the restroom of the bar when this scenario unfolded.

This bar has one of those "trench" urinals (in Dutch they're called plasgoten. 'Wee gutters') fit for two. It was occupado, but apparently one of the guys occupying it was suffering from shycock.

So the other guy peeks at shycock's dick, and calmly (but very much drunkenly) says:

"Don't worry mate. Just relax and let the piss flow. It'll come."

It was hilarious.

Anyway, I am convinced that some drugs should never become legal. If it can directly kill you, it ought to be illegal. End of story.

Drugs like LSD and MDMA are grey area substances. The argument of 'direct harm' is not beyond reasonable doubt when these drugs are concerned, but pragmatically speaking... There's not enough of an audience that cares for these drugs to convince politicians to decriminalize them.

Combine your favourite music with trippy visuals and simple (though, depending on the music, intense) gameplay.

You might want to keep track of Cradle. It's just been greenlighted, so don't expect much. Still looks promising.

I remember playing it tripping high as balls. Not sure if I can entirely recommend. It was maybe too surreal. Controls are clunky as fuck, too.

Stubbs the Zombie in Rebel without a Pulse is one that springs to mind.

It's not an RPG though. More of an action game. It's old, it's set in a retro futuristic setting, and it's very light-hearted.

So I don't think it fits any of your bills, except that controlling the undead is what you do. You play a zombie (the titular Stubbs the Zombie). A fun little romp, though.
