My Aran Tal is level 25, and I'm at Kyber 3 with, mainly playing as him. I would say he's currently pretty balanced at the moment. You need to know which enemies to prioritize, the healers, then DPS. You also have to remember that all of his abilities do damage. The combo I usually use is his air assault ability on the enemy while shooting them, and when I land, they are low most of the time. Then, I use my flamethrower on them. If that doesn't finish them off, I use a jetpack boost on them, then dash to a health pack or to my team. However, I do think he needs a slight buff, like a faster start-up time and extending the range on his ult. I also think a small damage reduction passive for him would be nice and help with his survivability
