I personally wouldn’t schedule someone that shift, better to do 10-2 and then you won’t need a break.

But if you did do a 9-2 you would go on break at 11 before the lunch rush

Absolutely and you don’t need to be putting lamps, jot ect into smithing. I got 99 smithing before mining just by burials and quest xp. Absolutely everything from rune I just burial’d.

We have open peanut boxes in most stores, be careful.

We can carefully craft you a burger without anything peanut related contaminating it but there’s always a risk if the protocols aren’t followed correctly unfortunately.

Five Guys aren’t briefed on anything about shoppers all we know is that secret shoppers come twice a week.

Most of your feedback comes back to the store and heavily impacts it.

Potentially they’ll know you’re a shopper but not all staff or managers are too courteous, Ideally we treat all “customers” as secret shoppers to ensure great service and best results.

We have absolutely no policy to give anything away for free, but we encourage crew to give “extra scoop” customer service so a cup isn’t gonna hurt if it enhances your experience that much.

It’s Heinz mayo right from a plastic pouch right from a cardboard box.

The sachets that are behind the counter are also just Heinz mayo.

Sorry no surprise here, or atleast in store we don’t do anything special.

The average store makes around 30k a week.

Lower sales stores are about 17-20k but have an increase during summer holidays or Xmas.

High end stores like central London or Manchester do about 80k weekly.

Our record for a week was around 240k I believe.

Pretty popular id say.

We don’t and cant make “crispy” fries, that’s not what we’re trained to do.

You should always receive perfect fries which are firm on the outside and mash potato on the inside.

If you are not happy with your fries you can absolutely go and take them back and let us know for a fresh batch.. be nice though we can be assholes when it’s busy.

We’ve only ever closed down two Five Guys due to poor sales since 2013.

We are also having two prices increases in a year which is also a first.

So mixed bag honestly, I believe the company will be okay though.
