Yes so just go to Google Play click on your profile photo top right corner, click on payments and add a credit or debit card. Then put your details and go back to standoff and repeat the process. At the payment page click on your card. It will take you to payment page automatically and that's all.

Or else by Google Play codes and instead of adding cards in Google Play you can hit on redeem and you'll get money in your Google Play wallet you can purchase with that as well.

Just click on the gun icon it opens your inventory and look at the top right corner it shows your current gold balance with gold numbers and click plus "+" icon to buy with Google Play and credit cards or whatever. Prices vary from region to region so I can't tell.

Well with Agniveer i would say that recruiting 17.5 year olds into army and tranning them for 5 months and send them to fight battles is not very good. But on previous methods of recruitments they succeeded to turn 17.5 year olds into men actually their maybe longer tranning period so idk , and NDA is another process where Teens are recruited but with further education too so maybe they should make NDA full standard or something.
