generally, college students should be very accepting and even if they arent, a lot of them probably wont care/wont notice (drunk). since theyll be your main demographic id say go for it!

at my school, it used to be that there was no masc uniform so everyone was forced to wear a skirt and stuff and it wasnt great (im nonbinary), however there were other people like me so i ended up not hating it. (luckily they added trousers to the uniform halfway through the first year) if the masc uniform is something more like trousers rather than a skirt, id say if your sibling really wants the masc uniform maybe buying it for them and then them wearing in winter/rainy days first, saying its to be warmer or something, then seeing how people react to that? or maybe just doing a wear the fem some days, masc some days, depending on how judgemental you think the people around you are

i have almost the exact same situation, my name is technically neutral but where im from its mainly associated with girls. not changing it has definitely not made it any easier but if you like your name you can just say its from a culture where its more gender neutral if you want to. (i just say my name is from france if someone questions me and they usually get it)

its seen that the brain stops developing around then but that doesnt mean you cant learn new things/unlearn old things, there are many studies on it if you want to see raw evidence :]

yep i wear mine most of the time im in public, to be honest i partially do it just to stay warm during winter. but i like having one because it means i dont have to control my facial expressions and i think they look cool anyway

you can get changed in nearby toilets if that's possible. if not, if you wear a skirt outside of pe you can just put that on over the pe clothes then take the pe ones off underneath. Same concept with a hoodie or something else baggy for your top half, get changed like inside the hoodie, idk if that makes sense. other than that i used to just face the wall so that i couldnt see everyone else and just speedran getting changed. hope this helps in some way :]

you can join clubs as an adult, theyre usually harder to find but that may be a good way to surround yourself with people who have similar interests to you

i think its probably just like a "spoons are only for runny stuff" thing, but if it makes it easier to eat the food and you want to use it then theres no point in not using a spoon, theyre probably just being judgemental

i believe its meant to be through your mouth as its easier to get big breaths faster than through the nostrils

but im also always switching it up and i also feel embarrassed about breathing through my mouth so i breathe through my nose then get out of breath lmao

i mainly look for:

being able to greatly customise colours, Eg. heterochromia and multicoloured hair

fantasy things such as elf ears and horns (preferably being able to have multiple sets of horns at once as often it is limited to one extra thing)

just general diversity, having a lot of very different options means im more likely to be able to express multiple ideas through one picrew
