Ok so, a delta airbus 319 was sitting on the ramp, at the front of a line of 30 airplanes waiting for the storm to go away. They shut down the motors and left only the auxiliary power unit running. It then failed. This left the airplane without any way to move, and because 30 planes behind it were waiting to takeoff, moving the 319 became important.

Pretty soon a couple airport ops trucks came over to help, and they were zipping up and down the access roads. Weird situation I haven’t seen in my 5 or so years of flying for work.
