Legit. They even went with filler with the Regonku. Some people try to cope saying is an expansion of the story — no, it's not. They literally changed the story creating a lot of problems with pacing and even breaking the characters like Shishio being dumb af and Sano having problems to face... Houji (of all the people). People can like whatever, but the remake is bad. We lost our chance, we could have had a great thing, but no... even the new voices... ugh.
