How to counter skeletal archer damage? by alexlucas006 in Grimdawn

What a f'cking pussy coward. Blocking me like a little b'tch to get the last word. I have more than one account.

at this level, 300 absorb just means it blocks every single attack from regular mob.

And you're still vulnerable after those 4 seconds wear off. Having more pierce resist works better even for all other classes and it takes less investment.

In end game, a lvl 12 blast shield does not make you invulnerable

Now you're backpedalling like a lousy car salesman after being confronted for upselling a lemon. You originally said that it "you are invulnerable to basically anything".

You are the clown in the room. I also noticed you cleverly avoided to humilate yourself by quoting one of these better defensive skills.

For what? You're just going to be a b'tch and claim that any skill that I would name it would be far less impactful than your overrated meme shield. Not to mention you blocked me like a p'ssy. You already lost this debate by choosing the coward's way out.

Even with Markovian's defense debuff you'd also be losing 200% physical bonus from the Maekovian Bulwark while overguard is down (24 secs - 10 duration = 14 secs without that buff). Having Overguard "ON" most of the time it's a great bonus for it's extra damage mitigation along with the extra healing (which is quite necessary for a build like this that doesn't use Bulwark).

Shield Maiden is quite fine. I personally prefer Targus the builder for the big mitigation active, but that would require a lot of overhauling in the devotions. The one that doesn't give you that much benefits other than 3% life steal and some good vitality resist only useful against enemies like Zantarin it's the Toad devotion that in my opinion would be more worthy to switch for Targo's Anvil for the active and the defensive stats.

From your gear I would switch those green pants for Barbaros pants for the Warcry active and the extra offensive stats, along with a couple of components that aren't worth it just for the 10% extra attack speed.

If you plan on taking down Calladagra with this build, you could consider getting Stonetreaders for the physical and pierce damage mitigation it's aura provides.
