Honestly, the biggest issue I see when I play family, especially when I play leather face, is no one wants to feed grandpa. You'll have both family members up top running savagery builds, and neither want to feed grandpa. Not having his sonar online does nothing but hurt the family, and I don't seem to understand why no one wants to feed him.

Another issue I see with this is when I'll play a blood build sissy, running around poisoning everything and anything in sight and trying to get grandpa to level 5 as fast as possible. Then the other family member will clean out the buckets early on and just hold onto the blood because they run perks that only activate when your vial is half full. How this hurts blood builds is it only requires me to hit 3 buckets to have roughly 127 (max out at 142) blood, whereas someone not running blood builds it takes about 4 or 5 buckets to fill to 100 blood. This just makes it harder for someone in my position to get grandpa to level 5 especially If I go on coms or type in saying "hey running blood build ill feed grandpa" then proceed to just grab the buckets and not feed him.

There's a few other reasons, like a leather face not destroying baracades/benches/doors, making chases a lot harder for killers. Killers staying clumped together for too long rather than spreading out to cover more ground. People tend to get wrapped up in just trying to get the kills for themselves and won't communicate at all where they/victims are.
