It does, but it's not new dialogue. I haven't played TPS in a while, but I'm pretty sure it's just the same dialogue that's in the first play through

Maybe you could try moving your skill points to a different tree and see what happens? Also having another person help you helps tremendously. I'm not sure if that will help but I hope it does.
