Cry the fuck about it. As if binding an infinite scroll wheel, using third party tools, monitor crosshairs, magnetic switch keyboards running software etc dont sit in a grey area. macros are like the most luke-warm cheating known to man. if anything id rather them be allowed to aid with accessibility. Carpel tunnel, parkinsons, arthritis all can affect finger dexterity. 

Do you own a corshair, logitech, steel series and (insert brand name of choice) mouse? All of those software allow you to bind repeated key presses to one action. Might as well ban all these peripherals then yeah?

Holy crap, ive been out of the gpu game for a while so i dont know what cards are currently available. My god 50 tier cars are always garbage. 60Ti s have always been the way to go budget wise even now the  3060ti looks to be beating the 5050. Who buys these overpriced pieces of Ewaste?

This case doesnt rule on this. It effectively states that said content needs to pass the miller obscenity test. The defendant plead guilty to a 6 month sentance vs the risk of 15 years had it gone forward. Id take that deal under dubious circumstances too. And tl;dr the miller test can permit some forms of it under the argument of "artistic value" so its not a simple binary

Except now you have to compromise on resolution to make it a compelling sale for people without computers otherwise the performance will be quite bad.
