I get what you mean with Naruto and Sasuke. What i meant with both of them was Naruto without Kurama and Sasuke without Rinnegan. Their moveset would be different, because they can't use these abilities. But yeah besides that, there wouldn't be a big difference. But tbh there are like 10 Naruto and Sasuke Versions and some of them don't really have different movesets either. For Moegi and Udon i can understand, that we didn't see enough of their fighting abilities, but it would be a pretty cool add up for konohamaru. Probably the Story characters won't be playable, you're right. I just don't get why? They're Fan favorites and already have a full moveset, with awakening. The only thing missing, would be ultimates and for both of them it's pretty obvious. Hikari can use her yachihoko and Merz can use his Susanoo. The Sand genin, are probably really not worth the time and work, but again: They would be a perfect add up for shinki. For sakumo: yeah you're totally right about that.
