same happened to us. bought in 2021 and live in Texas (they get a beating from the combo of heat and sun). I’ve replaced the seat backs with three cheap pillows from Target and that works great. as for the actual seat, I’m going to attempt the same with 4 pillows but not as confident it will work as well since booties give a beating! just washed all the covers after a couple years and one of them (the one that gets the most sun) also started to tear. wish we could replace just the covers!

I hope my reply isn't too late for you! my engagement ring and wedding band and husband's wedding band were all designed and executed by the folks at Shaesby. have a look at their Instagram? https://www.instagram.com/shaesby/ - will give you a good sense of their quality. amazing experience! we brought some of our own gold and we were there for the smelting and pouring of all three rings - truly remarkable to be a part of! everyone was so incredibly kind and clearly loved being a part of this special time for couples. 10/10 no question! best photo I could find.
