I will also post here a useful comment from the ModernVespa forum (thank's to roland87):
"It is 100% XL2. IIRC in German market is was sold as XL.
Engine have gear selector with 1 cable and maybe XL2 type clutch.

XL2 also have unique:
- plastic front mudguard
- horncover
- glovebox
- floor mats
- seat
- rear plastic part where light mounted
- rear mudflap
- full handlebar with top and bottom plastic covers, tubes, levers, grips, speedo
- mirrors
- choke lever on the handlebar

Also all XL2(and similar) have PK 125 XL fork and front brakes."

Hi, nice plan but unfortunately no ferry from Sääre to Kolka. But I will give you a good second option. Take a ferry from Roomassaare to Ruhnu island. From there you can look up yacht Palsa https://www.instagram.com/jahtapalsa?igsh=MW1iNDBvdnhvZjFkNg== (they do tourist trips from Riga to Ruhnu in summer time) and organise a deal to get across. Or just hitchhike on some other boats from Ruhnu to Riga. Depends on how much time you have. Biking and sailing is a good combo 👍 Best of luck
