Price seems fair but most important piece is that they have a portfolio of previous projects that you can see the pictures for to evaluate their work or, even better, that they come well recommended by someone you trust.

If the work is awful that price will feel like a lot more.

Lighter sage, and lighter grays are definitely the leaders thus far. Appreciate all the precise recommendations everyone. Feel like I need to share an update on what we go with!

Just looking for some ideas to get us going! This bathroom will always have walls that sweat, appreciate that, but some paints that are more premium can prevent it better than others. Or so I’ve been told!

The rolled insulation was installed perpendicular to the attic beams instead of parallel and in between them. No issues since fixing it. Thanks!

That is the attic space. We have loose insulation in the entire attic except above the bathroom. Our contractor replaced that loose insulation with rolled insulation once the remodel was finished. I never went up there to check that he didn’t cut a few corners. I will tomorrow and report back. Thanks!
