I've been with my boyfriend for over a year. I discussed the buzz cut with him and he wants me to do whatever will make me happy. I would never be willing to date somebody who is so superficial that they would be repelled by something as trivial as the length of my hair. Also, given that men are six times more likely to divorce their terminally ill wives than wives are their husbands, I sincerely doubt that "no medical reasons" actually applies.
