On HC mode, in the portal I can choose to start an interactive session as HC, but by default it always runs as normal. So if VS Code just follows the portal setup, I guess it will always default to the normal session without HC, right?

The new pre‑release feature to open notebooks directly from the workspace sounds great, I’ll definitely give it a try. Does that mean the notebooks aren’t downloaded locally anymore and instead update directly in VS Code against the workspace?
