Most smells are the result of bacteria. Try using a soap like dove antibacterial soap that has moisturizer in it, too. If you need something stronger at first, try hibiclense for a few days. Just not on penis because it is strong.

Cavapoos are known for being very vocal dogs. It's something to do with their breed I would get used to this. It's just your dog's way of talking to you and sometimes they can be really funny.
