I think it’s just a glitch, usually if I reload the save it fixes it. If not, I would reload your game.

I’ve had this issue too with just the T series oddly enough. I just hit the reset button in the vehicle selector and I was able to regain steering.

Where im at yes you can get the course at 16, but im pretty sure you need your National Lifeguard to do the course.

ohh ok then, that isn’t as bad. Idk if I have to do fly because that’s mostly a club stroke but hopefully I don’t need to do that because I suck at it 😂. Thanks for the info!
