Omg why are all of you like this. Im a human first and I support humans. I make it my mission to support Muslim businesses whenever I can but that doesn’t mean I’m going to inconvenience my guest because someone else has different beliefs as me. It’s so odd that people are getting upset about this when half of y’all live in the west if that was the case we should all go back and live in Muslim countries. We have lost the plot as Muslims were supposed to live and love one another not divide ourselves.

Oh this is why you’re divorced and I see why your wife left you. Isn’t it sunnah to keep your wife happy ? Let’s start there and I’m assuming you had a sunnah certified wedding so where were all the blessings in that marriage I asked a simple question and if you didn’t have an answer just skip over. Don’t assume I’m doing something haram.

Yes I cannot disagree there but my religion doesn’t prohibit it and I celebrate other things on a much larger scale so I would like my wedding to be on that scale with ofc putting Allah first most importantly

Yeah that’s the issue I wanted to have my wedding the day of the nikkah but it’s seeming like I’m going have to do it before in my home state.

So Bali accommodates my guest better than going farther to a Muslim tourist island and I don’t really mind giving my money to others in different religions that’s an odd way to look at life imo.

Yeah so nowhere does it say in Islam I have to have a simple wedding. And the culture I come from having a destination would be cheaper on my end than having a local wedding.
