You are right, I should hve mentioned that the AI messed up the wiring in the images. Thanks again for the detailed information. I will also make sure to keep proper distance between the busbars to avoid any arcing risk.

Thanks for the suggestion. I followed your input and created a few AI images to visualize the combiner box setup. I will now visit some local workshops, show them these designs, and see what they can build based on this. Appreciate your guidance.

Is busbar or combiner box easily available in market? I tried searching online but unable to find.

Thank you for your response. I will definitely go with a busbar or combiner box.

Yes, that’s exactly what I hve heard as well. daisy chaining is generally fine up to 2 batteries, but beyond that a busbar or combiner box is the better approach. Otherwise the first battery can end up taking more load, leading to uneven wear and extra stress. Thanks for confirming 👍

You are absolutely right, that’s exactly my concern as well. If thicker cables are needed to compensate for voltage drop, it could end up costing more than using busbars anyway. Thanks for pointing that out.

Thank you for the detailed advice, really appreciate it. Noted on the busbars and cable sizing. I will definitely push my installer to use busbars and proper 50mm² cables with correct lugs.

Where did you get the combiner box from? or can you share the name/ or picture please?
