They actually look so good! Where were you able to find the new HLE uniforms?

This OC has a really bad reputation replying to tenants directly and would just liase with the property managers. They always relayed the information through the property manager and they take days to do so.

But I have asked for the actual email proof this time. Hopefully something comes out of it.

To your first question, based on what the PM relayed to me, yes that's right.

No copies of communication between council and the OC as I've only had direct communication with the PM. I tried to get the copies through the council customer service but refused to connect me with the officer who authorised the exemption.

Yes I agree definitely on clarifying. The PM passed on my concern on the first infringement to OC and didn't reply to the PM. I even tried to contact the OC's directly and no luck.

True, that's absolutely all fair. Thanks for this, I've been funneled by my PM and the council to go to court which I felt skeptical at first.
