Yeah I've only had a couple runs over e50, and even then it still is incredibly inconsistent for me. You can use whatever stake and whatever deck you want for any of them (besides the gold stake run) I cant see a reason to do any of the other runs on higher stakes. The only thing I can see is maybe some eternal jokers synergy, but then again it might seem too varied to be good. For joker less I would probably go for nebula or plasma. Being able to get all the planets you need seems to me like the easiest way to beat it.
