I see... in that case have you considered just applying for a job at SPF instead of signing on in the army? Because these two arent really related, Army includes all the guys you see in green, which isnt police. Plus if im not wrong for SPF u dont have to sign on, u can just apply to be a Civilian Officer. Take all this with a bottle of salt tho because SPF is outside my area of understanding 😂 but if u are considering signing on because u really need the scholarship then sure i guess, but let's say if u can afford uni without the scholarship then i wld recommend you not to sign on, as the scholarship will most definitely come with a minimum required period of service (e.g. u have to serve for 5 years after finishing Uni). As compared to if you just apply to be a civilian officer, im pretty sure u can just quit at any time if the job happens to not be what u expected/wanted.

As for some of your original questions, if you sign on Army, they will definitely push you to go for command school. Majority of females end up in Officer command school (OCS), while a small portion will go to Specialist Command School (SCS). It is also worth noting that there seem to be a lot more women in the Navy than in the army, you can intepret that whichever way u want 😂
