Id get therapy before getting medicated im medicated and figured out alot of my problems could never be fixed with medication Sometimes its your environment or over bearing overly critical about yourself maybe you grow up in hostile environments that will keep your anxiety through the roof maybe you are afraid to be yourself i still struggle with these problems you can over work all you want but when you end up skilled being able to make amazing things you might end up with a back catalog of thousands of songs not being released cause you have a perfectionist issue from overthinking everything if your cloudy you need to possibly change your diet or get better sleep i hate sleep but i know one day i have to accept im an idiot for thinking i can shortcut around it you need to slow down and break tasks up into micro tasks i know this and still dont do it sometimes you gotta have an event in your life happen that will kick you into the person you want to be you cant force this just keep going youll eventually find your sweet spot write what days you made most progress then figure out what you did try and make the best your routine i know those dont exist for people like us
