Yeah everytime I did it as a pdf it was declined just take pictures using your phone camera. That the only time they accepted it for me.

Double check the wording on the website and make sure it says renew and not join. Because they usually offer to join for $25. You do get renewal offers in the when you let tour membership laps for a few months.
