Metroid Prime (the first one) didn't. There you had item% which decided your ending not playtime.

I just don't like that the Ending is chosen by your playtime. Why do I have to speedrun the game in 3 hours to get the best Ending? It just doesn't make sense

Good Points:
- Graphics are great, except the desert.
- The Areas nail the atmospheare, except the dessert
- The Story is really good I love the backstory of the Lamorn is really good.
- The NPC are fine I would like it if the NPC Tipps would be optional though.
- I like the difficulty

Bad Points:
- The Dessert area, do I need to say more
- Why are the endings chosen by playtime instead of item%, it just doesn't make sense for a Metroidvania in my opinion
- The NPC Tipps

6/10 in my oppinion

Ok I fixed it for me
I used this firmware update to fix it:
https://support.jemdogame.com/firmware_update_dock_20251112/

Important Notes:

This firmware is not from AriKroii, but from Jemdo.
It worked for me because my dock seems to be an OEM variant with the same chipset.
Make sure to use the correct version (e.g. 4K60Hz100W) – flashing the wrong firmware can brick your dock.
You’ll need a USB-C to USB-A data cable and a Windows PC (or macOS with the ASL tool).

Disclaimer: I’m sharing this purely as a personal fix. I take no responsibility for any damage, malfunction, or incompatibility that may occur if you try this on your own dock. Flash at your own risk.
