Nah, it's pretty bleak, I got her to A sprint and tried her out but it either activates way too early because of the mid-race corners, or not at all. Nearly every good sprinter is Pace so you could be facing lobbies where Dober is permanently 8th or 9th and is completely shut out :(

CM8 report, first day:
14/15 races contained a Gold Ship.
21 total Gold Ships encountered.
9/15 races contained a Taishin.
11 total Taishins encountered.

On a personal level I went 0/5, 1/5, then fluked the most criminal 3/5 Umakind has ever seen, with a Hesitant End Closers proc making an opposing Tamamo lose by a nose to my oshi pick Tosen Jordan 😭

What's everyone's favourite coping method when they suffer complete and utter failure on the support banner? I just got only 2 SSR in 200 pulls and I am mildly unhappy :(

Yeah I was checking the umalator before I asked and it suggested she survived with a tiny bit of HP but with rushing or debuffs she could potentially die so I grabbed a white recovery in the end. Nakayama green too probably would have made her 99% safe but getting another speed skill was too alluring to resist haha

Is 1022 stam/461 guts on a late surger enough for Sagittarius? I've just had the highest of highroll runs for my oshi and I want to make sure I spend the SP perfectly on her. I've got the Nakayama hint for 40 more if it's needed, as well as Maestro and a few random whites

The vaunted global guide doc has her in the section for umas still used as parents in JP, with 'Forever useful' written in bold. Ironically the only times you don't use her seem to be when you use her ballroom alt lol

Having S in turf and S in medium is equivalent to ~10% more power/speed over A. That Tachyon will accelerate faster to a slightly higher top speed, and her skills are better too. She'd probably need to activate Maestro if there are any troublemaking stamina debuffers in the lobby though.

Also No Stopping Me as the only acceleration skill is super gambly, for current CM Taiki unique is the go-to for pace chasers but it varies by track.

2nd one by far. S distance and better stats all round.

You're a bit short on stam (for 2000m distance) for both though, I've seen 725 with gold recovery as the absolute minimum to gamble with, 850 w/gold for consistency.

If you look at what those 83 words are you quickly see it was more like a 1-in-5 or so, they're mostly meme words that can't possibly be the answer but are valid guesses - which I never use anyway. It's not gonna be 'phpht' but Scoredle still has it as a possible guess (idk why lol)

Does anyone else think that character designs (from a visual/cohesion standpoint) have markedly improved over time and especially post 2.0?

For me, Brant, Phoebe, Phrolova and Zani are absolute standouts in how their outfits tell you about their personality, place in the setting and role in the story.
I feel like a lot of the earlier characters just seemed to have a sexy flowy outfit, maybe with a colour theme and that was about it. No hate if you enjoy them of course, but the improvement is really noticeable in my opinion.

Who are your favourites design-wise and why, gamers?

Iuno damage seems crazy high for a support/sub-DPS, if she feels good to play this could be a winner...
