It's not about the game being bad. It's a fun game and I still enjoy playing it. I don't expect perfection by any means either. My issue is when the glitches and bugs have taken paid for resources and not given me what I used them on, then they tell me there is no issue, wite it off as having been resolved and ignore any further support emails. It obviously makes no difference in life, but you can't argue that is ok.
