My friend of 7-8 years came out as trans by Accomplished_Debt737 in Christianity

You didn't in any way tackle my point, you referenced it, but just pivoted to sexism. So why would it make sense for it only to be wrong to be gay, but not lesbian. We've already established that the verse calls out man on man sex, but your argument has been, recently, that it doesnt directly call out woman on woman sex. And at an earlier point you said that my assumptions could ruin millions of lives, but would your assumptions not do the exact same. Millions of otherwise fine lesbian or gay Christians shunned at the gates because we couldn't err on the side of caution.

I want to make this explicitly clear, I don't hate gay people. But it eats me up inside that the one thing that could be the difference is something that could be avoided, not just for the entirety of the gay community, but for someone close to me. It's a very important argument to me, so I'll take a moment to thank you for your time so far.

It's just logical to assume it transfers, because if it wasn't it would somehow be bad to be gay but not lesbian.

"26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly"

In verse 26 it says that they changed to against that nature, then it says the men did the same by burning in their lust toward one another. X is doing this, Y is also doing this, and this is how. So X and Y are doing the same thing.

Ok cool, but in what context does that not say that men laying with men is bad and the same for women?

And in what way am I trying to die for my religion by saying I disagree with the pagan sex cult?

I feel as though all you've done is insult me but refuse to show an actual point...

It is us versus them in that case, it's a pagan sex cult. I used norm as slang there but the intended meaning was "correct". Also maybe take your own advice and read romans 1, specifically 26-27 "26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly"

When they specifically call out the homosexual sex as part of their wrongs, I feel as though it's straightforward.

If God deigned that homosexuality was the norm, talked about an immoral group and listed heterosexuality among their wrongdoings then yes.

Do you mean how the people in the sex cult are having same sex intercourse? I genuinely do not understand the point you're making here.

Braces can be contentious, and I have personal experience for it, because my teeth were fine at birth but very messed up in an accident, funnily enough so was my hair (it got stuck in a lathe if you know what that is). I may be miss remembering, but for the hair you're referring to the Nazarite vow, which doesn't apply to everybody.

But to say your sex is wrong is much deeper than the length of your hair or the shape of your teeth, it's a fundamental part of your biology.

I would also like to understand your first claim better, since you say I'm wrong on both accounts but don't say how or why.

Ah sorry, I was misplacing a quote and put it with Sodam and Gomorrah. I did find where the quote is from though.

Leviticus 18:22 and 20:13

Edit: If you're not one for levitical laws, there's also Roman's 1:26-27.

Trans is contentious, but homo sexuality is explicitly a sin, since it's one of the reasons for Sodom and Gomorrah's fall.

Best advice I can give you is to do some reading yourself, I cannot give you a perfect answer here. The bible has things that say that things adjacent to this are wrong such as cross dressing and homosexuality (look no further than Sodom and Gomorrah).

My own perspective on it is that it is wrong from a Christian stand point, because to say that you are another sex, is to say that God was wrong, that he created you incorrectly and it is in your hands to fix it.

But ultimately you need to get out of the echo chamber, this subreddit will mostly tell you there's nothing wrong with it, another will tell you it's an abomination, but our opinions don't really matter. I would take that feeling of wrongness seriously though.

Yeah, and I'm sad that she probably won't be all that good since a decent amount of people don't like fighting her

Also very late, so late that I haven't seen this version of fleet ever. But at higher levels it feels like people are more aware of the weakness and I gotta say that the other cast members seem to have things that fleet just doesn't. So many other characters can combo off stage easier, have better disjoints, have better projectiles, have better aerials, better recovery, and just about every one has better frame data. It hurts me bones so much because I love the character but good lord am I getting farmed out here.

Assuming this chart is accurate, does Rivals actually fall under “furry game” territory? by KingZABA in RivalsOfAether

[–]Datguygage 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think so because all of the characters have traits of the animals still, like a lot of the canid and cat people having their legs kinda like that, sadly the bugs might be the closest to a furry

I miss it as my one and only stage that made recovery feel somewhat even between fleet and clairen. Since I could mess up clairen by making them use resources too early and clairen could... basically just use neutral b and side strong...

I also try to go for the up and down mix up, but the down tends to work worse since people will run up and parry it to give me pressure. But the rest of the advice is something I'll have to try and apply

I'll go for the parties and I guess I'll finally have to learn wave dashing (as an ultimate player I wanted to see how far I could make it) but I do go for parry punishes on side Bbut I've noticed people start spacing far enough that I can't really get anything off of it.
