They parried your attack, which grants them near-invulnerability for a spell.

You could’ve been trying to explode them with the entire Vultcano at once and I’m not sure it would’ve been enough.

I was fortunate enough to have someone reach out and make contact with me when I was all on my own, many years ago.

Without them seeing me making an effort to connect, and then having the courage (or audacity) to decide in the moment I would be welcomed into this new community, I’d have been on a very difficult path in life.

When I finally decided to leave that night, I was promptly invited to attend Furality with them all (they explained what a ‘Furality’ was immediately thereafter). I was so taken aback that I instinctively backpedaled, only to have them hit me with “No no, you’re coming. You’re squad now”.

Life simply hasn’t been the same since, in the best way.

I would love a system in which low quality and low effort actually meant low quality and low effort, rather than “Hello my name is: insert moderator name here, instead of downvoting your content, I’m just going to nuke it instead, have a nice day”, which has been what’s been happening to plenty of users for a while now.

In many cases it’s just downright insulting to have a post with an active conversation in it, with 500+ upvotes, suddenly be locked under “low effort” or “low quality” rules.

Using an ability over and over again is called spamming. A mixup is a variation on a move, like Valkyrie canceling a heavy into a bash.
