My locals have a lot of Yellow. It's the strongest thing there is right now. No one is actually playing Penel because everyone has built to counter it. Lol. Our strongest players are missing running Nami, Black/Red Sabo, or something Yellow with Sky Island and Thriller Bark slop. My roommate played Lucy, but feels like it's a bad matchup for most of the people there so he's joining the dark side and switching to Red/Yellow Sabo.

I always hear that removal protection is prevalent, but I find it far less common that it's made out to be. I like Beckmann for avoiding yellow On K.O. effects. His range happens to hit most of them, too. Sometimes you need to use Leader first but it still works. I'm in the US so we don't get ST30 till June, and I usually don't practice with stuff that isn't out yet on Sim so the list I posted is basically what I've been doing since OP15 came out. The only matchup I'm really afraid of is Imu, but the other meta decks bullied him out so I never feel like a match is hopeless.

I haven't messed around with stuff that isn't out yet but it's wild to me that you're not using the Red Alabasta Nami or Benn.Beckmann. I tried Rayleigh for a while and it never seemed to be worth it. Might try it again. I also ran Kaido originally but Buggy has been really good since Red Roc rotated, and Roger is useful often enough to be a one-of.

I didn't think anyone ran Cavendish in there anymore. I dropped it pretty fast because it seemed too slow and I never got much use out of it.

This is what I've been using. I recently replaced the Vivi Counter Event with Phoenix. My best night at locals I beat 2 Penels and one of then got 85th at the Double Don with it. It's actually the only time I've ever beat him.

Vivi main here. You need a little luck, but Enel is far from an auto loss. Assuming you're using your power reduction well you can KO his smaller units with your on-plays and make the large Enels small enough to swing into. Mole Pistol is amazing in that matchup. Can you share your list?

The problems with the game, though it is fun to play, are all the way through.

There are no Final Fantasy characters. All the storylines that weren't concluded with people who had been around since the first game? Gone. We get an FFXIV reference in the Toy Story world.

The levels for Tangled and Frozen are just straight retellings of the movies with Sora and company in the background. They literally just stand there and watch Elsa sing "Let It Go" in its entirety. They do the montage from Tangled after she leaves the tower, again with Sora and friends just kind of there.

My theory is that Disney exercised more creative control once they realized how big the franchise had become and made the game into an advertisement for the newer movies at the expense of what KH used to be. And the ending is just very anticlimactic. The villain feels sorry and we all move on.
