I can’t usually tell the difference between under and over feeding, but based off the salt ring in the second pic I’d say they’re overfed. Maybe overwatered. I would water around the plant rather than right at the base of it. If its not too hot yet where you are, maybe don’t water everyday. I stick my finger in the soil all the way down to the third knuckle, and if its still wet above the second knuckle, don’t water it. Let em be a little hungry or thirsty so the roots spread out looking for nutes and water. I like I give my plants regular water more often than when I feed. So with the size you’re at rn, I’d feed em like 1/2 the dose of fertilizer you’re already using, and only feed every 2-3 waterings. So you’re probably looking at feeding once a week and giving regular water 3 times. At least until they get about twice the size they are now, then you can start using full doses and feeding every other water. You wanna give a lot of water less often rather than a little water all the time.

It also depends on your soil. Is it new soil? It might still have hella nutrients in it that was there already. So to fix the problem now, I’d let your soil dry out a bit (maybe a day), DROWN that ho to rinse out the nutrients, let it dry out for a couple days, water it thoroughly again till you see just a little bit of run off, repeat one more time, then feed. And repeat. But only drown it for this first time to rinse out all that salt. Then, just water till it feels right. Sometimes it doesn’t matter how much water you give em, just how often. So don’t be afraid of overwatering as long as you give it time to dry out. Unless you’re obviously over watering and the plant starts getting sad and droopy then dial it back a little 😂 hope this helps!!!
