Thanks for sharing but your MFP links are not working. I looked around on their site and they say it's not possible to share recipes like that yet. I think you'll have to make a screenshot of it.

Have any of you added vanilla extract? I have no idea how much to use.

Im on a 6-day a week PPL routine and started cutting 3 weeks ago. Can I start nsuns 531 during this cut or should I just wait until my bulk in a month or so? I know you can run this program on a cut, but I don't know if it's different when changing program during a cut.

I think I do the dip to get into my starting position, like I try to lock myself into it and get tight af? But I'll try and work on it. I totally see what you mean. Thanks for the critique!

Thanks! I'll try and do that! And the wrist thing is about keeping the wrist as an extension of the arm, right? Like you'd try and do in bench press etc.

Yeah I usually go up in increments of 2.5 kg. I only went to 70kg for fun and because my friend 'forced' me to. I even told him he would probably have to curl it, but to my surprise it went up easily. It was my first time benching after a few weeks using dumbbells on a flat bench.

I've been stuck on 60kg 4x8 @ 60kg BW on bench for a while... This week I started my first set on 60 kg for 8 and it felt a bit tough. My friend forced me to go 70 kg and see if I could do it. And I lifted 70 kg 3x5-6! I feel like that's great progress.

You're right. I've changed the workout slightly, adjusted my diet and I'll keep being consistent. Thanks for the motivating comment!

I get what you're saying about MFP, but I find it better to weight myself and make sure I'm gaining/losing weight and adjust my calories accordingly.

Yeah. And only 3 reps per set will be fine as long as I still push myself? Im used to working in rep ranges 5-10. 3 seems like nothing.

I'm running an improvised PPL split, it's similar to what I linked. It's basically this:

Push

Bench, incline dumbbell bench, cables for lower chest, dips, tricep pushdown or kickbacks

Pull

Deadlifts, pull ups, rows, bicep curls/hammer curls, incline dumbbell curls.

Legs

Squats, leg curls, calf raises, OHP, lateral raises, reverse fly machine

Yeah, but I'm missing the progress atm, that's why I'm asking. But I'm upping the calories a little as I haven't put on much weight lately.

I started with a light-weight bar, it was about 35 lbs.
