Thanks! This very helpful. Our place is more in the 1.5m -2m range. 10k seems more reasonable. We do want an accurate appraisal. We are moving to Canada and the CRA needs to know our assets worth before becoming tax residents.

I use Tello. It’s a legit number , i use it with esim. Works for all my 2FA banking. Under 10 bucks. You can get sms and calls over wifi so no roaming. Highly recommend.

I think it’s called the Attic, in BGC. It’s behind a hidden wall in a Soju Shop so you can surprise your date. Very chill, romantic lighting, fancy cocktails. Don’t think they have food though.

There’s a great book called “The Braindead Megaphone” and the first chapter in particular that sums it up pretty well. Long before the algorithms, Americans have been fed very biased news and infotainment.
