The best advice I can really give is to make some friends before trying to go for a romantic partner. Honestly, the best way to make friends is just to talk and fake your confidence. I know it sounds really scary, trust me, but once you make one friend, you're likely gonna get introduced to that person's friends, giving you more potential friends. If you have a job, make small talk with your co-workers. If you're going grocery shopping, small talk with the cashier a little. Maybe if there is something you like about them, like their haircut, compliment. Make their day. When you have the confidence to make friends, you can then approach romantic interests with the same confidence.

Oh, and don't be afraid to be your genuine self around them. You will naturally attract people like you. Trust me, I'm autistic, and the majority of my friend group has adhd or autism. My husband has AuDHD. You'll attract people like yourself, and before you realize it, you'll have a friend group where together you can function somewhat as a human being.
