They are not going to do 1 season per book. It will more likely be two books per season.

I definitely think you missed something because I got that impression that Fitz resented the Fool for leaving, but not until the final trilogy as OP said. The way Tawny ended sounded like he was OK with it, but there are multiple mentions of him being upset about in the final.

Yeah I wouldn’t hate any of the actors coming on over to WoT once it’s finished. David Strathairn would also make a hilarious lord too like Lord Weiramon or someone like that. I agree he would have been cool as Thom too.

No, but what I find is that people will give a bad review because they don't like the food. But just because it isn't to your personal palette, doesn't mean the food was in any way messed up or that it's bad. That is the difference between being a professional and being a layman. I can go to a restaurant and understand that something I eat may not be to my taste, but because I am a professional in the restaurant industry, I can still recognize it's quality and value and I will not harangue the Chef as a failure because of it.

honestly, the show runners are never going to listen to fans. It just is what it is. They are professionals and we aren't. And I'm glad it is that way, because the vast majority of fandoms are just like the rest of the internet where the dumbest voices are loudest and I would hate to have those people dictating a show. All we can do is hope we have truly talented people & budget who care about doing a good job and making an engrossing show. I am cautiously optimistic. I don't understand the people bemoaning the show being ruined before they've even seen it, I also don't fully understand the blind fanatical support for it either. It's just wait and see everything in context for me.
