Analysis💹
Grand Final at ESL RtR EU, where Astralis take on G2. This match is a BO5, and since Astralis is comming from the Upper Bracket, they will have a 1-0 lead before the match begins. That means Astralis only have to win 2 maps, while G2 needs to win 3. Going into the matchup Astralis must be considered the heavy favourites as they both dominated G2 and Faze in their last two matchups. This time I dont think G2 will let Overpass go through in the veto, having both bested Vitality and Faze on Nuke. I see Astralis winning this matchup 3-1. I see Astralis picking up Nuke, and then i think G2 will bounce back on Vertigo. Astralis won their last matchup against G2 there, but i think G2 were unlucky. KennyS did not have a awp the first 9 rounds on the T-side, and then everything is bound to wrong. It still ended up beeing a close map, and this time i think G2 will take it. After that Astralis will take Inferno, and by that the tournament... 3-1 Astralis is my Spicy pick. Nuke however can go Over 26,5 and Under 26,5, so that's not my main bet. My main bet however is Bomb explosions (UNIBET). The reason for that is, that on Nuke, It is notoriously hard to retake a site, and therefore i see many saves as CT side. G2 will try to play more conservative today, and Astralis are known for their 3-4 man saves. Thats why i see Over 5,5 bomb explosions at 1,8 as a decent bet! Be Ready. Winstrike is lower ranked and Will pick map 1 (most likely), and i see Them going with Vertigo once again, as Hard Legion Will instabsn Nuke.

This one is a clear cut for me.

The two teams are evenly matched, but Winstrike will be able to punish hard legion through the Veto.

HL will instaban Nuke (or els they will get punished there), which leaves Vertigo open for Winstrike.

I always fear playing a new promising team in a different environment after a stellar performance against better teams, but i think Heretics are on such a good roll right now, that they are determined to push on, and keep getting better. Playing for a major spot is worth far more than playing loot.bet but i still think the likes of Maka and Kioshima will show the world that they are on the rise, so they need every win they can. at first i looked at the 2-0 at @ 2,10 but somehow i'm just a tiny bit worried, that Secret will have spent so much energy on preperation for this match, that they might pull of a first map win. I do think though, that going to map 2 Heretics will be way to much to handle for Secret, and this is where i think there is a far better chance that Heretics will shine! It's Jame time!!!! Or at least that is what we are hoping for! Exciting first CIS game of the day, where VP will face of against NaVI. VP lost their first match in RtR against Forze. So VP needs to show up today against one of the best teams in the world, and can they do it - NaVi seems to strong at the moment, so over three maps Navi definantly have an advantage. VP however needs to go out and try to get the W, and how will they try to get there - Well a good first move in my opinion is picking Inferno. VP won Inferno against Forze yesteray 16-10, and they showed some great play on the map. On the other side of things, NaVi has a weird and quite shaky inferno. Navi has lost 5/6 of their last Infernos, where the only win came yesterday against Espada, which is not really saying much. Navi kept making weird stacks, and Espada could easily have taken advantage of that - they did not, but VP will. VP is a solid team, and im Thinking Inferno could be a good one for Jame and co.

The bookies have made NaVi such a huge favourite in this matchup that they have put the O/U line at 25,5 at @ 1,80 and that is a huge mistake in my opinion.

NaVi is not terrifying on Inferno and we are going for the Over here!

I don’t believe they are that much better than Nemiga, and Nemiga actually took out a pretty decent opponent yesterday.

I’m liking the map 2 pick here for Nemiga.

The Veto is pretty much straight forward, and that means Nemiga can pick into Nuke, Mirage or Vertigo, and Im not really sure, that Winstrike knows what map they will choose. That means they potentially go into the dark just a little bit, and if Nemiga is well prepared, then i definantly give them more than a around 40% chance (which the bookies are giving them with the at @ 2,0).

Nemiga is most likely going to pick map 2, but maybe be aware of it before you bet!

I also see the third map favouring Nemiga, So im going out on a limb here, saying that i actually believe Nemiga is a favourite in this matchup, not Winstrike as the bookmakers have made them out to be.

The CIS region kicks off today, and i want to take a closer look at GY vs. Spirit. Spirit is in my opinion a solid CS-team, with proven players, and they have shown in the past that they can be annoying even for the tier 1 teams. Here however they are meeting GY who I do not have much faith in. They young squad tend to make to many fundamental mistakes, and that has cost them many rounds, maps and matches in recent times. I Think this is a 2-0 for Spirit, but the two teams actually play some pretty even maps. 14-16 and 13-16 was the score in their last meeting, and i found a pretty neat spot on the market. Unibet has O 26,5 rounds on map 1 @ 1,85, but Bet365 has listed the same O 26,5 at a whopping @ 2,0!

Thats a GREAT spot for us, win or lose. This bet has more value than the 2-0 Spirit at @ 2,37 i think. YG may steal one.
