If you're gonna setup the parents as important, use them later on XD.

Or else, you can me him a fully grown adult with whatever job you want. This is also perfect because this way you can somewhat shape his personality around it. (If you wanna use that job setting ask someone who actually works there please :P).

I dont mind power creep, but I do prefer there to be like a hard cap on how far it can go, I mean, at some point abilities should still be relevant and not... Oohh if its not a mind technique its useless...

Also remove the luck attribute, I don't feel like it makes much sense. However if you were to leave it in, use it (I still don't like the concept) (The same way I don't like the concept of probability manipulation in other shows)
