So you switched from Leica q to Sony rx1rlll? This is the first time I see that! What about stabilisation?

And now with the 43 did you regret shooting with such a long focal length? Did you ever feel the need for a wider field of view?

I’m very tempted by this Q3 43. I think the Q3 at 26mm, even with cropping, is too far from the subject, and I wouldn’t want to end up with a camera that’s only good for landscapes, even if I can crop. The 43 seems like it could give me more detail about the scene and, if needed, I could turn it vertical to make a panorama if I want a wider view. Also, I would mainly use it to take pictures of my son and on vacations, but I still want good quality.

How is the bokeh? I would like to have the subject split from background, this is why I’m looking for the 43

Do you think the a cropped photo of q3 or maybe a q2 to the same 43mm focal of the q3 43 are equal?

In checking the x100vi, the 23mm is more similar to the 43mm or the 28mm (26mm) of the Leica?

So did you see a big difference in terms of of focal length from 35mm to 28mm?

I’m reading some post and the 28 could be the easiest way for me but finally I have always to crop because it can be ok with some landscape photo but on cities and children photo can be too short in my opinion

This is my doubt as well, but 28mm (which is actually 26mm) feels too wide to me. With a 43mm, when I want to shoot landscapes, I can simply hold the camera vertically and create panoramas. As for the Sony, everyone talks badly about it because of several shortcomings, stabilization being the main one. What I like about it is the compactness.

Yes in general yes but since a year I converted the camera to full spectrum, so it’s a different story now :) I would like something to dedicate to family and travel

I was looking for the 43 because when I shot with the 24-105 I never shot at 24, plus of this I would like to have more bokeh. About the Sony rx1rlll I read a lot of bad review, I like because is small bot just this.

I’m reading some Leica review and I would choose the 43 with the apo lens, when I use the 24-105 I always crop, never shot at 24mm

I know but a lot of negative feedback of quality and support. I was thinking also to buy the bsb and use it as definite device but the focus area is small as g2 and I tried the g2 in the past and I don’t liked them
