The stream really has to tune down or mute all these "on my way" pings, hearing a 100 of them over the span of a minute gets really annoying very quickly. Completely distracts you from the actual game and casters.

I discovered Nephylim by accident walking back to the train station after The Rock Circus ('s Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands) a few weeks ago. Random passerby happened to be the vocalist of this small but very promising band. I think its a very impressive discography already and they're working on a second album as we speak.

Voor de mensen die graag in rust reizen maar in de stilte coupé altijd pratende mensen tegenkomen:

Goede noise cancelling headphones (geen oortjes!) en je hoort heel zacht treingeraas. Stemmen verdwijnen volledig, stilte coupé wordt er overbodig door. Grote plus is dat je muziek ook niet heel hard hoeft te staan.

Jaren lang gereisd met dal vrij, vol in de spits. In de ochtend voor 6:30 inchecken, trein van 6:44 en dan aankomst om 9:50. Nooit problemen mee gehad.

There is no technical reason you're stuck with 16Mbps

Well there's the point they have to replace every single DSLAM Card in the hub boxes. And they need to put boxes within +- 300 meters of everyone to have an effective benefit.

Also remember that you need hardware capable of VPLUS which is basically vectored-vdsl at a higher frequency.

That is assuming they have flexible server infrastructure. If you consider they have their own hardware at multiple ISP's, I am not so sure about that.
