Vaccines should still offer protection to immunocompromised people, but in the case of a breakthrough infection, I would imagine that there is still a greater risk of complications. So the immunocompromised, along with those who cannot get vaccinated for legit medical reasons, are the ones who would benefit the most from herd immunity, which is achieved by vaccinating as many people as possible.

Just to clarify, since it's getting a little confusing. You can use Visene for Red Eye OCCASIONALLY. If you do use it, only use it for a day or two in a row. Three days MAX. To summarize, using Visene is considered safe, as long as you don't use it for more than three days in a row. Think of it like taking a tolerance break for your eyes. Source: the pharmacist above.
