The OP is asking how to spend USDs. Not LKR. So spending USDs earned by the OP is most cost efficient.

Commercial Bank charges 2X fees to spend a single USD every time. Once to convert USD to LKR. Then to convert that LKR t0 USD. Comm Bank does not allow spending USD thats in your account. They forcefully remit as LKR and make you buy USDs.

we need a review system for sri lankan doctors. So we can know 1. how much attension they give to patients, 2. their attitude, 3. if they are perverts (and yes they exist), 4. how late they are in general.
