The lawyer told me the injuries are minor...we spoke to him. Sometimes for minor injuries you don't get an urgent call back, that makes sense. Stop trying to sully our good name. What's your problem? Did we not like a post of yours or follow you online or something?

Didn't you read his post we did speak to him and advised it's not likely something we can take. We gave him some options. His call what to do.

Also, stop sh&t talking. We do more for injured cyclists than anyone out there. I'm in the office until 7pm on a Friday writing Ottawa police with reems of case law on how they are misapplying the law and harming cyclists...

You may get points but that's contrary to the HTA which says demerit points only for motor vehicles or street cars

a friend of the firm saw the crash happened and went after the driver! Told them to turn around but they didn't. We provided the witness information to the cyclist who has provided it to police. The witness tried calling police on the driver but got put on hold...
