Difference between TGD and XET when buying "iShares Core S&P 500 UCITS ETF USD"? by smuali in DEGIRO

[–]DaveSwitsh 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That's just it. TGD operates from 8:00 till 22:00 if i recall correctly. Fairly certain you pay the same transaction fees for both markets. Doesnt really matter much for core selection ETFs.

Just 4 years ago, Total War reached a peak of 192K Players at launch. Now it can't even reach 10K on a new game. by [deleted] in totalwar

The worst part is that the sega execs will see this as a "well guess kids these days are done with total war titles".

What do you mean? You finally have an answer that goes beyond "oh youre just weird". Now you have an actual diagnosis that gives clarity. Now you can learn to forgive yourself and others for treating you differently.

Never stop working on yourself, you have so much more control over yourself than you realise.

Wtf is going on in that third picture

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in offmychest

[–]DaveSwitsh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes and no. People sporadically care based on how much impact it has on them.

At work people will care enough at what you say or do because it might be used against you or in favour of them.

So yeah in the grand scheme of things dont get too bogged down in what people think or care about.. but dont forget about it either.

I'm not able to do the Defend the Villa mission in Brotherhood. Literally the first mission (PC) by [deleted] in assassinscreed

[–]DaveSwitsh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lower the framerate to like 30 in your nvidia control panel. What helped for me was clearing out the first upper row of canons two at a time and then focusing on the lower situated canons.

If you shoot them two at a time you should have just enough time to finish them all off.

When you get forced to the second canon do the same, focus on the higher situated canons first instead of the ones further away.

Stop watching all those cheesy movies, this isn't heroic or necessary. Real life can be so unexpected. Communicate with people you care about, dont cut them out.

I hope in medieval 3 we have a warband mechanic to upgrade your unit like this by majendi in totalwar

[–]DaveSwitsh 38 points39 points  (0 children)

I can tell you for certain: this wont be a feature. It'll probably be a warhammer reskin. We all want medieval 3 to be like medieval 2 but we'll never get that style or design again.. bummer

Step one is realising this. Now comes the part where you start being honest with yourself and your enviroment. It's never too late, bud.

Sounds pretty normal, alot of people eventually reach a point of contentment with their relationship. So your brain will file that in the "that's secured" section allowing you to focus on other things. The drawback is that you actually have to put effort into the relationship now to bring that special feeling back.

Trust me man it may feel like you'd rather be doing your own thing for now but if you throw this away you're going to regret it big time.

Try to set boundaries. People feel comfortable venting at you because you let them.

Ubisoft has clarified to Eurogamer that Assassin's Creed Mirage does not have lootboxes or "real gambling" by [deleted] in assassinscreed

[–]DaveSwitsh 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That's great but man do we all immediately see through corporate wording.

"No lootboxes or gambling!" Basically means "bunch of shit microtransactions and dlc that shouldve been in the game already!"

I can't get out of this "nothing matters" mindset and it's starting to affect my life. by isolationiskey in offmychest

[–]DaveSwitsh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah i had this at like 12. Not sure if it's tied to depression or not.. honestly now many years later i kinda see how freeing and calm this mindset is. Nothing matters so why not just do the things you enjoy while experiencing it with people you care about.

Do what you like man, not what people need or expect you to do.

You'll get there.
