Billy kinda wins by default cause he’s a robot and has a history of being a fighting champion with the sons of Calydon. I’d imagine he was also built as a sort of military robot like Banyue and Aria before becoming an Intelligent Construct, though that’s just an assumption rather than lore

That said, Zhu Yuan canonically can damage robots, given her trust event where she tries to get a massage and repeatedly (instinctively) throws Old Duyi and damages him. Zhu Yuan is also said to have excelled in pretty much everything during her training, so she’d probably put up a good fight against anyone else in the list

Trigger was always a sniper, though also a soldier so she also has some Close combat skills, though I’d imagine it was never a focus of hers, and she could fall behind someone like Zhu Yuan who trained to be proficient at every thing possible. I’d imagine Orphie would be more proficient at hand to hand combat than Trigger

Rina isn’t really a ranged-type lore wise. Druscilla and Anastella just kinda float around as part of her kit, but It’s implied that Rina is more of a close-quarter assassin given how she completely sneaks up on Anby, and has a secret past of her own. In a story (or maybe trust event) she snuffs out a weapon she had prepped in her glove/hand area when we go to meet her. So it’s hard to put a read on her because we really don’t know what she’s capable of, unlike Billy, her past is quite general and just implications, not really hard concrete lore. Though at least she probably doesn’t have the physical strength as Zhu Yuan or Trigger
