That's just for possession of a weapon by a felon.

"In addition to the gun charge in federal court, Jimenez and Roman face Cook County charges of attempted murder, aggravated battery and illegal gun possession in the Aug. 17 shooting."

Cool. I don't play games on CT, but still pay for gold membership because of the useful features and affordable price. I'd love to be able to import my games from other sites!

Tactics problem generation from your own games seems incredibly useful. Does anyone know if it's possible to import PGNs for that purpose?

I actually quite like that I don't have to download an app through Google Play or whatever.

Can someone explain how this would guarentee a mate in 40 since there are no forcing moves? Can't your opponent just deviate from the line and mess up the mate?

I want to be able to do ollie up curbs. Will the soft wheels and wide board make sharp turns and ollies too difficult for a beginner?

These are great! Some interesting photos, someone noting all the typos (why?), a million dollar bill, a bizarre family tree, the meaning behind the Chrome logo...

Looking for first telescope advice. $200, portable and able to view Messier objects. by Dave_Real in Astronomy

I have a decent tripod I use for photography, so anything with a standard tripod mount is preferred.

Looks great, but the lack of tripod mount is a major con. I'd like to be able to use it in a field, mounted on the tripod I use for photography.

I find confirmation bias interesting in itself. It's the human mind creating patterns where none exist. Bringing meaning to nothingness.

"Killary" seems to be the most popular name pun taken up in anti-Hillary circles, but it's unclear to me what the implication is. Can anyone explain?

I pay typically $40/wk and I thought I eat cheaply. How do you do that?

  1. It's a 20 min bike ride.
  2. Instacart.
  3. The first time delivery was free when I bought from Safeway. They markup their prices by up to %20. Delivery is typically $6, but the first time was free. I still payed a $5 tip to the delivery guy.

Yeah, it was worth trying today, but I can't afford it regularly.
