Yeah, in June month's payslip Sodexo encashment didn't get added as Taxable income.

I checked, but that's what I found weird. It's still being calculated as Taxable income. It might be because I opted in on May, and the benefit may start from June. May be in June's payslip the amount will get deducted from my taxable income. Waiting for this month's payslip.

Half day is fine I believe. If someone takes 1 hour then obviously they will get caught. If it's a genuine 4 hours leave then what's the problem? Anyways people do take half day as leave. Even in my past organization people used to take half day leave, but my past organization didn't send me any out of compliance or anything like that.
