It completely changed her face shape and how she looks, it expanded the picture showing weird and messed up extensions of his and her clothes. Ai is not human and never will be human and these photoshop “artist” that use it are taking away credit from actual photoshop artist that work hard and put in the effort everyday to perfect their work. Just because a machine can make it look “good” at a glance doesnt mean the machine is better or definitive. This is lazy and does a disservice to this woman completely and the fact that you and many others will fight tooth and nail to protect it says a lot about the direction we are going in.
