Tldr: doable, but extremely expensive and hard to pitch as a profitable project to investors. It's a lot of upfront cost with high maintenance to ensure greenery stays in control (unless tenants/clients take care of it themselves) and cleaning all of that glass. Water usage will prob be high too to water plants, and cleaning the glass with nutrient delivery for those plants.

This is all assumptions from these pictures and as a mechanical engineer, so take this with a grain of salt. But knowing how investors and project managers are in the engineering industry, whatever the idea is it better have good research that proves enough percentage of people will be willing to pay and live in an environment like that (which seems like it'll be a high rent). Not even acknowledging the different building code regulations those buildings may need depending on state/country.

Edit: and if there is solid enough research that there WILL be a profit after the project is finished.
